- A Personal, meaningful relationship with Jesus Christ
- Committed, faithful attender of WCAG
- Musically/Technically proficient (capable, skilled, practiced, competent)
Requirements:
Musical/Techincal
- Proficiency and skill on instrument, voice, or equipment
- Ability to play or sing within a band
Character
- A heart of humility
- Commitment to growth - Spiritually, musically, relationally
- Open to constructive criticism, lessons, and improvement
- Flexibility and openness to the moving of the Holy Spirit
- A lifestyle that is above reproach (language, drunkenness, treatment of others, family, sexual purity)
- Honorable communication between yourself and leadership, as well as fellow team members - be a team player
Time
- Rehearsals, sound checks, events, private practice time
- Punctuality
